Scope and proposals

Project scope, deliverables, timing and pricing are defined in the applicable proposal, quotation or written agreement. Work outside that scope may require a revised estimate.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing required content, access, approvals and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in receiving these items may affect delivery dates.

Payments

Payment terms are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Work may be paused where an agreed payment is overdue.

Revisions and changes

Revision allowances depend on the agreed project scope. Significant changes to approved direction, functionality or deliverables may be treated as additional work.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party hosting, plugins, APIs, payment providers, advertising platforms or other services. Their availability, pricing and policies are outside Vectribe's direct control.

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final custom deliverables transfers after all agreed fees for those deliverables have been paid. Third-party software, licences, fonts, stock assets and platform components remain subject to their own licences.

Performance and marketing results

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, advertising outcomes, sales figures, traffic levels or other business results. Digital performance depends on many factors beyond the work delivered by Vectribe.
