Samsung Galaxy M20

South Korean company Samsung has launched Galaxy M20 with some new strategies and changes. It is a cost-effective device in which you get to see the customized version of the Experience UI software. So will Samsung compete with Chinese companies? Will Samsung be able to regain its same popularity? So let’s find answers to these questions in the review of Samsung Galaxy M20.

Design and Build:

The first thing to do is to change the biggest design. Here Samsung has given the Infinity-V display for the first time with a water-drop northeast or Samsung. By the way, it has become a bit common thing now, but Samsung has presented the ninth display for the first time in affordable price. It can be called a great and big step.

Samsung still has not given an option to change the display color in its LCD display phones, but the default color calibration can be very good. If you prefer a warm tone then you can use the blue-light filter.

The Infinity-V display looks a bit different here. On the left side of the status bar, you can see the clock and the application icon, while the system is seen on the right side of the camera sensor. Here in the status bar, you get 3 to 4 application icon and you can also see the other icon by tapping on Can have. Samsung has not given any option to conceal this, but in today’s time, if nine is becoming a normal part, then no shortage can be said.

Performance and Software:

Samsung Galaxy M20 is offered with Exynos 7904 chipset where you have 2x Cortex A-73 and 6x CortexA53 Core. This is a 14nm chipset that proves better than Exynos 7885 used in Samsung’s Galaxy A7 (2018).

In addition to 4GB RAM and 64GB storage with the chipset, a dedicated card slot is also provided. The combination of RAM and storage is also much better than Samsung’s old devices.

If you talk about daily performance, Exynos 7904 snapdragon looks a bit back to 660 but it is better than the J-series and A-Series introduced last year. We do not see any reduction in daily use, but high-end games such as PUBG do not perform much better here. Normal gaming can be made without hassles.

Fingerprint sensor looks quite fast and accurate here and like other high-end Samsung phones, it can be set to swipe only. Face unlock can also be called fast because it performs significantly better than other Samsung Phones.

In the device, you have been given Android Oreo Experience UI. Samsung has here to ensure that you get the update of Android pi too soon in the device. The Experience UI, used in M-Series Phones, has also been optimized for some lightweight hardware phones. Design and icon here are given the same as the One UI. The software proves to be good, lightweight and quite user-friendly.

Camera:

Now, at this price you get options with the better specification, then is this Samsung device able to perform well?

If the speaker speaks to the primary camera then the primary sensor is capable of delivering satisfactory performance. If you get a balanced image in the light enough, then we can say that this device performs better than Zenfone Max Pro M2 and Realme U1 but remains a bit behind with the Redmi Note 6 Pro.

In the low-light Galaxy, M20 is capable of delivering good output, but sometimes it also disappoints.

In Samsung Galaxy M20, you get to see USB Type-C port which supports fast charging, both of which are not available in affordable price phones. The charger in the box can also fast charge Galaxy Note 9, which means that Samsung is now also providing high-end features to its devices.

Apart from this, you also get a 5000mAh larger battery which is easily able to give you better battery backup for one day.

All the normal connectivity options given in the Galaxy M20 have been given but Dual-Band Wi-Fi is not given here. We do not have any problems at the time of Calling and audio output is also quite satisfactory by the speaker and by headphones.

Samsung Galaxy M20 could prove to be a major step for the company to its cost-effective device. Here also offers attractive Infiniti-V display, good battery backup, dual-VoLTE support, and HD streaming. Apart from all this, it is one of the favorite phones of this price which has also been supported for Type-C port and Fast Charging.
